Bellini’s namesake, created in 1948
at Harry’s
Bar in Venice was named after a 15th century painter famed
for using glowing pink in his masterpieces. Traditionally ‘The
Bellini’ consists of white peach and Italian sparkling
wine; today our mixologists use the freshest produce to put
a modern twist on this classic drink.
Our mixologists are the talent behind Bellini’s reputation
as one of the best cocktail bars in Auckland. They keep up
to date with the latest trends in cocktail making and Bellini’s
cocktail list is ever changing. Mixologists experiment by
getting into the kitchen and using unusual ingredients and
methods of cooking to produce the flavours in drinks. Or
if guests prefer, connoisseur cocktails are made by artfully
mixing the best of the world’s alcoholic ingredients.
